1. ORDERS
HEALTH & CANNABIS accept orders and perform orders shipments throughout Greece. Shipment takes place daily except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays between 10:00 and 15:00.
The various product offers displayed in this online store are for a limited period of time and are valid until stocks are exhausted.
A) Completion-Order Confirmation. Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive from HEALTH & CANNABIS the number of the order as a confirmation by e-mail or through telephone . At each stage after the order is completed and the payment is made, the customer will receive an update by email or by telephone for the status of the order.
B) Cancellation of the order. Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process, the customer can click on the “Cancel” field and cancel the order.
C) Modification of the order. No change can be made after completing the order. If the customer wants to change his order, then he must cancel his order before completing it and choose another or other products.
2. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
In all cases of delivery, goods are delivered only to the purchaser, who must receive the order himself in person by showing his original identity card or passport and credit card if the purchase was made through it. It is forbidden to receive the order from a third party and is only allowed if the purchaser has authorized a third person in writing and in a lawful manner and in such case the authorized person will have to display the above documents as mentioned in order to complete the delivery of the products made by credit card. The carrier delivering the order on behalf of HEALTH & CANNABIS is responsible for the delivery of the order, since it must certify and identify that the order was made by the same person. Goods travel at the sole cost and responsibility of the buyer.
3. DELIVERY – REPLACEMENT EXPENSES

For orders over 25 € is free of charge.
For orders below 25 € the cost of transport is 2.50€
The above applies to payment via Paypal, credit cards and via bank.
The payment on delivery method has an additional cost of 1.50€
4. DELIVERY TIMES – RESERVE
Within 1-5 business days
The delivery time depends on the availability of the products as well as in exceptional cases and if the customer has been informed, the delivery time may be extended. The delivery time of devices or products shipped or in service by us varies according to the type of damage and the availability of spare parts. In this case there will be an analogous delivery time from our company for your information.
RESERVE
At our online store, the products are ready for delivery and are shipped within the day or the next business day.
If the product is labeled as ”pre-ordered” , then the order will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
If there is no stock in these products and an order is made then the customer will be informed immediately.
5. MAIL-PASSWORDS AND DELAY OF ORDER
The delivery of the products is done by partner courier companies such as Acs Courier or co-operating with the courier company (ELTA,Speedex etc.), in which HEALTH & CANNABIS promotes the personal data of the users in order to enable the delivery and execution of the orders . There may be delays in the order for the following reasons:
– In periods of extreme weather, strikes or force majeure that may affect shipping and delivery of the order to the final customer. Once the goods are received by HEALTH & CANNABIS on behalf of the purchaser, either by himself or by his agent or by the cooperating carrier, we are relieved of any responsibility regarding delay, loss, damage or theft of the products or packaging.
– The product has already been removed and is not available for sale.
– If it is impossible to contact the customer by phone or email, such as, for example, there has been a problem with his order, whether it has to do with the product or its payment.
In most cases, HEALTH & CANNABIS will contact the customer for information or provide an alternative.
6. DIRECT DELIVERY SERVICE
HEALTH & CANNABIS provides the immediate delivery service only to orders registered in the days and hours set (Monday to
Friday, 10:00 to 17:00) except on public holidays, and concern delivery within the boundaries of the Municipality of Thessaloniki and the Municipality of Kalamaria.
The instant delivery service is available in all payment methods other than PAYMENT ON DELIVERY, (we will first confirm payment of the full amount and then ship your products).
Based on the above requirements, once your order has been completed through the online store, you are immediately informed by email or by telephone whether your order has been accepted or not, and the exact delivery time.
The order is valid if you receive information about its course and in no other case.
HEALTH & CANNABIS reserves the right to refuse an order in its sole discretion.

7. PAYMENT METHODS
A) PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD.
The online store of HEALTH & CANNABIS accepts Mastercard, Visa and other credit cards, electronically via transaction security. The process is simple and all transactions are made in EURO (€). The amount can only be fully paid. The amount of the lump-sum payment in addition to the value of the products also includes shipping costs. For purchases made through credit card, the customer should follow the instructions he will find in our online store. In the order form which he will find, he will have to fill in his credit card number and expiration date. The credit card is charged if the details and validity of the credit card are verified by the partner’s trading system. The customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and the truth of the credit card details. In every purchase case, the buyer should also be the cardholder used for the transaction.
B) PAYMENT WITH DELIVERY OF ORDER TO CUSTOMER’S AREA (PAYMENT ON DELIVERY)
The customer pays the employee of the courier company, acting on behalf of HEALTH & CANNABIS, upon delivery of the order at his place. The delivery method has an additional cost of 1.50€. Goods travel at the sole cost and responsibility of the buyer.
C) PAYPAL PAYMENT.
The online store of HEALTH & CANNABIS accepts Paypal payments. All Paypal payments should be made via email

D) PAYMENT BY DEPOSIT IN BANK.
If the customer prefers not to pay for the order at the time of placement, he / she can pay via the bank transfer option. We will proceed with the shipment as soon as the money is transferred and we have the bank’s confirmation that the amount has been transferred to our account.

The buyer will have to make a deposit of the entire amount of the repayment of the value of the products and the shipping costs. Incidental transaction charges (the amount of transport costs) from other banks except Piraeus burden the buyers.

9. RATES
The prices quoted are final and VAT is included as our company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice from its customers. In any case, at the time of receipt of the product ordered, the customer will pay the price indicated at the time of his order.
10. CUTTING CODES – COUPONS
Discount codes are of a specific duration and cannot be combined with other promotional actions.
11. REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to return the products he purchased from the HEALTH & CANNABIS online store in the following cases only:
A) Wrong Product – Withdrawal. If the product is different (the wrong product from what you ordered), you can return it within fourteen (14) business days of the date of purchase without any shipping charge for you. Product return can only be made when the product is in its original condition (in excellent condition, complete and without any wear and tear) and in a completely original packaging. In this case of return of products, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in perfect condition and all accompanying documents (such as Retail Receipt, Invoice, Gifts, etc.)
B) If HEALTH & CANNABIS was guilty of selling poor quality products (eg damaged during transport, poor packing etc). In this case, the customer must not accept the delivery of the product and contact us as soon as possible. If the customer agrees to receive the product, healthandcannabis.gr will not accept the refund and therefore will not make any replacement or trade or refund.
C) Refunds of products at the customer’s charge. The customer reserves the right to return the products he has purchased without any obligation to communicate the reason why he wishes to return the products. The refund must be made fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. In this case, the customer is charged with the direct cost of returning the products. Refunds will only be accepted if the products the customer wishes to return are in exactly the same condition as they were received, without having their packaging unsealed or tampered with. Product return can only be made when the product is in its original condition (in excellent condition, complete and without any wear and tear) and in a completely original packaging. 12. WARRANTY
HEALTH & CANNABIS provides no guarantee of quality or suitability of the products sold for any particular purpose also does not guarantee the safety and protection of the users of these products as they cannot be blamed for any damage they may cause, products which it markets or trades. Such guarantees are provided (if provided)only by the manufacturers and the customer must be informed from the packaging of the product. . Any phone or written information provided by HEALTH & CANNABIS on manufacturer guarantees is simply provided for the convenience of the customer and under no circumstances constitutes a guarantee of HEALTH & CANNABIS.
